On February 3, public lecture was held at SEU on the topic: “Digital Media and Manipulations”.
The following issues was discussed during the lecture: New and traditional media, similarities and differences; Techniques of using manipulative methods; social networks and manipulations:
New challenge of digital media – fake news; photo-video manipulations; infographics, animations, as effective tools of manipulation.
Guest Speaker was: Diana Liparteliani, Invited lecturer of the Georgian National University SEUDoctor of Social Sciences in Mass Communications, Chief Editor of the online publication ‘’Mkhare’’, producer of the political broadcast Post-Analytics.
