Academic Staff Mobility Program at Yeditepe University Under the Erasmus+ program 

Georgian National University SEU is announcing the Erasmus KA171 Staff Mobility for Teaching call at Yeditepe University (Turkey) for autumn semester.

The professors of the faculty of Business and Technology of SEU can participate in the contest. One candidate will be nominated and the selected applicant will deliver lectures at the host university on a predetermined schedule. The mobility period and course topics will be determined by an agreement negotiated between the host university and the selected candidate.

Duration of the mobility is one week. Five days are allocated for lectures and working meetings and two days for travelling. 

Georgian National University SEU will submit the nomination, and the receiving university will determine the ultimate selection

Required Documents:

• Application form
• A copy of Passport
• Resume 
• Recommendation letter from the Faculty 
  
  
• Document approving English Language Competency at least B2 level (One out of listed documents):
• International Language Certificate confirming the relevant language competence
• Reference from SEU about passing the test for determining the level of language competence
• Reference confirming at least three years of experience in teaching in English 

Selection Criteria:

• The rate of evaluation of academic staff by the students 
• The rate of evaluation of academic staff by the quality enhancement department 
• The rate of evaluation of academic staff by the heads of the programs 
• Indicator of research productivity of academic staff (if applicable)
• Motivation (will be evaluated based on the application form
  
  

Selection: The final decision regarding the results of contest will be made based on the submitted documents and selection criteria by the selection committee

During the selection priorities will be given to:

• Affiliated Professors 
• Participants with disabilities 
• The Participants who do not have experience with Erasmus+ program
  
  

Grants:

• Within the framework of the Erasmus + program, travel expenses-275Euros and a daily allowance 140 euros is provided.
• The staff can choose to travel in Green Travel type. In order for the trip to be considered as green travel, both the departure and the return must be made with green travel vehicles. For exceptional cases, the National Agency is consulted.
• Low-emission transportation vehicles, like bus, train and car sharing, are considered within the scope of green travel.
• Financial support can be provided in order to meet the additional support that the disabled academic staff may need.
• Staff can also participate in the mobility without receiving a grant. BUT an application is still a must to be selected within the Erasmus program.
