For Those Willing to Enrol in a Master’s Program

Georgian National University SEU announces admissions in 2023-2024 academic year for the following master’s educational programs:

  • Law
  • Human Resource Management
  • Banking
  • Education Administration
  • Social Psychology
  • Clinical Psychology
  • Business Administration (Georgian-based)
  • Business Administration (English-based)
  • Data Science

Registration for Master’s programs is conducted in two phases: At first phase a candidate must register online, and at second phase – he/she must arrive at the university and submit the documentation within the terms indicated below.

Terms of Electronic Registration

Electronic registration of persons willing to enrol in a Master’s program will be conducted from August 10 – through August 29 on the following link

Terms of Submission of Documents

The documents of the candidates willing to enrol in a Master’s program of SEU will be admitted from August 30 through September 25, 2023, in two phases:

  • First phase: from August 30 – through September 14, 2023;

  • Second phase: from September 18 – through September 25, 2023.

Registration will continue at the second phase, if vacant places are left after the completion of the first phase.

Documents to be submitted:

The candidates willing to enrol in a Master’s Program of SEU must submit the following documentation:

  • Application in the name of the rector (is filled onsite);

  • Identity card (copy);

  • Original or a notarized copy of the document certifying Bachelor’s or equal academic degree (it is admissible to submit a certificate on granting the Bachelor’s academic degree issued by the institution, temporarily/for a justifiable term);
  • Copy of the pre-conscription military service card (only for the persons subject to registration for military service);
  • Electronic version of a photo (3X4);
  • Exam card of Unified Master’s Exams (extract from the website – www.naec.ge);
  • Results of Unified Master’s Exams (extract from the website – www.naec.ge);
  • International certificate certifying the language competence in a foreign language (B2 level) (if any).

Internal University Exams

The exams will be conducted in parallel with the registration, for Master’s candidates on any convenient day – from 10:00 to 20:30, at the Exam Center of SEU.

Master’s exam at the university will be conducted:

  • Exam in specialty
  • Exam in English

  • English Language
  • Education Administration
  • Clinical Psychology
  • Data Science
  • Banking
  • Human Resource Management
  • Law
  • Social Psychology
  • Business Administration
  • Business Administration (English-based)

Minimum competence barrier for each exam is 51%.

A notice will be sent in the name of SEU to the Master’s candidates, who have passed the internal exams (have passed the minimum competence barrier) and/or their list will be posted on the website (observing the personal data), within three days from the completion of exams completion of registration.

After the announcement of the results of internal exams, a master’s candidate may appeal the results within three days from posting.

After the completion of the procedures for appellation, those candidates to be enrolled in Master’s program will be revealed, who have obtained the right to continue studies at the respective Master’s educational programs of SEU based on the results of the Unified Master’s Exam and the internal exams of SEU.

The enrolment in Master’s program is executed by a unified act of the rector, which is issued on the basis of the ranking document drawn according to the results of Unified Master’s Exam and internal exams of SEU and after the execution of agreement with Master’s candidate.

Master’s candidate, who does not execute the agreement, will not be enrolled in SEU and his/her place will be taken by the next candidate based on the number of points accrued according to the ranking document.

The documents will be admitted on working days: Monday-Friday (except for weekends) – from 10:00 to 19:00), on the following address: 17 Tsinandali Str., Tbilisi (adjacent to metro station 300 Aragveli), New Campus of SEU, first floor.
