On December 16, a moot court was held at Georgian National University SEU within the framework of the project of Georgian Bar Association – National Jury Moot Court Championship, which is held throughout the country.
Students of the Faculty of Law participated in the trial as defense and prosecution parties, also, students from different faculties were the jury and the witnesses.
The session was attended by the Chair of Georgian Bar Association, Davit Asatiani.
The flow of the Moot Court was evaluated by: the Head of the Department of Efficient Support of State Prosecution in Cases to be Reviewed by the Jury of the General Prosecutor’s Office of Georgia, Lasha Bitsadze and the member of the Workgroup for the Jury Trial of Georgian Bar Association, Zaza Datukishvili.
