ADMINISTRATIVE STAFF

International Mobility for Administrative Staff:

Administrative staff members of SEU who have B2 Level of English have an opportunity to participate in International Mobility Programs from one week to two months at partner Universities. The duration and period of mobility is determined by the partner university.

Required Documents:

  • Application form
  • Copy of Passport
  • Resume
  • Recommendation letter from direct supervisor
  • The document which approves B2 level of English proficiency (Certificate, the reference confirming experience of participation in International projects)

Selection Criteria:

  • The administrative staff will be selected to participate in the mobility program based on the context of the call by the selection committee

Funding:

  • Within the framework of the Erasmus + program, travel expenses and a daily allowance from 100 to 160 euros is provided

Travel costs are covered by the program based on the distance between home and host cities:

  • Between 100 and 499 KM - 180 EUR per participant
  • Between 500 and 1999 KM - 275 EUR per participant
  • Between 2000 and 2999 KM - 360 EUR per participant
  • Between 3000 and 3999 KM - 530 EUR per participant
  • Between 4000 and 7999 KM - 820 EUR per participant
  • 8000 KM or more - 1300 EUR per participant
