Human Resource Recruitment Agency is seeking to recruit a suitable individual for the position of Customer Service Specialist

The hired person will be assigned to an international company in the service field.

 
Main Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Assist customers with their request via Chat, E-mail, Social Media (make the outbound call if needed)
  • Manage ongoing orders
  • Provide clear information to the customer
  • Put clear notes into the system
  • Take ownership of the case
     

Education &Professional Experience:

  • Higher education
  • Training in customer service will be considered an advantage
  • Experience in Customer service and working with the database will be considered an advantage
  • Good PC skills are a must

Other Requirements:

  • Fluency in Georgian, Good knowledge of Russian and English (or fluent in one of this language)
  • Fast and problem solving
  • Proactive
  • Ownership and high sense of responsibility
  • Flexible, as we are working in shifts (including night shifts)
