We would like to inform you the British Council in Georgia has announced a new position for the position of Customer Excellence Officer. 

Duration of the agreement: 12 months with a possibility of extension

Working hours: 37.5 hours per week including 2.5 hours of lunch breaks

Working in shifts: 5 days a week, 7.5 hours per day including 30-minute lunch breaks

Salary: 840 GEL gross

Start date: January 2020

• Candidates must have fluent English and Georgian.
• You must be either studying for a University degree or hold one.
• Shortlisting will be done against required skills, experience and qualifications listed in the Role Profile.
• Successful candidates will be invited for an English Language Proficiency and Analytical Skills Test.
