SEU hosted a Summer School of Business Disputes

On July 13-16, SEU hosted a Summer School of Business Disputes for the Business and Law students. The following issues were discussed:
- “Business Disputes in Court” - Trainer Ucha Todua, Judge of Tbilisi City Court;
- “Business Disputes in Arbitration” - Trainer Sophio Tkemeladze, Chairman of the Georgian Association of Arbitrators;
- “Business Disputes in Mediation” - Trainer Goga Kikilashvili, Collective Labor Disputes Mediator, Associate Professor at Georgian National University SEU;
- “Business Disputes in Mediation” - Trainer Ekaterine Akhalkatsi, Lawyer at LEPL National Bureau of Enforcement, Invited Lecturer at Georgian National University SEU.
All participants received a special certificate.
