On December 15, Georgian National University SEU hosted a research presentation on the topic: "Peculiarities of the pathogenesis of vasomotor rhinitis and the effectiveness of treatment with antihistamines in patients with and without COVID-19".
The mentioned research was carried out with the support of Georgian National University SEU, as part of the academic staff scientific grant project.
Within the framework of the study, the features of the pathogenesis of vasomotor rhinitis were specified in patients with and without COVID-19, the effectiveness of local intranasal antihistamine spray was evaluated, and recommendations were made for the management of the disease in patients with and without COVID-19.
The meeting was attended by International medical students and professors from different universities.
