On April 10, Georgian National University SEU hosted the art group ‘’Cogito’’ in terms of the Dedaena Day (Mother Language Day), a salon evening was held on the topic: ‘Contemporary Literary and Fictional Art Passages’’.
The works of contemporary artist were presented at the meeting, passages from the novel ‘’The Scent of a Mulberry’’ and poetic texts.
Participants of the project: writer Irina Melqadze; poet Amiran Janjghava; actor Zviad Dolidze;
musicians – Ioane Tughushi and Gvantsa Saria; artist Davit Lekiashvili.
The event aimed at the popularization of literacy and contemporary art, introduction of the challenges of prose and poetry and demonstration of the beauty of Georgian language. The session was held upon the initiative of the Master’s Program in Education Administration and the Sports, Culture and Youth Organisations Relations Office.
