Georgian National University SEU is announcing a paid internship for the position of Call Center Operator for SEU students and graduates. Only the students and graduates of Georgian National University SEU are eligible for applying for the internship.
- Location: 9 Tsinandali St., Tbilisi
- Duration: 3 months – Candidates, who successfully complete the internship, will be hired for the relevant position.
- Working hours: Part-time
- Number of vacancies: 2
- Salary: 300 GEL
Job description:
- Answering incoming phone calls (advising students and interested parties and redirecting them to the appropriate service if necessary);
- Making outgoing calls and providing information to students, academic staff and other stakeholders;
- Daily monitoring of the information area in the academic database and responding to incoming messages;
- Identifying problematic issues and providing timely information to the relevant service;
- Responding to messages received on the social network sites.
Basic requirements:
- Good oral and written communication skills in Georgian
- Good oral and written communication skills in English
- (Command of the Russian language will be counted an advantage)
- computer programs competence (Microsoft Office Word, Microsoft Office Excel, E-mail, internet)
- Proper speaking skills
