SEU has obtained a state grant from Shota Rustaveli National Scientific Foundation of Georgia, intended to fund the publication of a complex paper based on scientific research in the field of constitutional control and legal proceedings.
In addition to Rustaveli National Foundation, the SEU project is supported by the joint program of Promoting Rule of Law in Georgia (PROLoG) of United States Agency for International Development (USAID) and East West Management Institute as well as the Constitutional Court of Georgia.
The paper will be important not only for students but also for lecturers, scholars and practicing lawyers of the filed interested in constitutional proceedings. The material will be processed in the way to allow the lecturers to properly design and teach the course, since there is no relevant guide for directing an educational/practical course in this field.
Professors Ana Pirtskhalashvili, Besik Loladze and Zurab Macharadze are involved in the implementation of the project.
