Memorandum of Cooperation Signed between Grant Thornton and Georgian National University SEU

31 მაისი, 2022

A Memorandum of Cooperation was signed between the international audit and business advisory firm Grant Thornton and Georgian National University SEU on May 31.

Under the memorandum, Grant Thornton will commit itself to participating in developing and improving the educational programs at the Faculty of Business and Technology of the university as well as encouraging the development of higher education in general. Such a model of collaboration between a university and a private company provides a unique opportunity to facilitate students’ professional growth.

Grant Thornton will organize a bootcamp for SEU students on a semester basis, designed to allow the students selected for the project to undergo a one-month program at a specific department of the company to raise their awareness of certain practical aspects of business management. The experience gained in this way will vastly increase students’ career advancement opportunities in various fields.

The memorandum was signed by Giorgi Ghavtadze, Vice-Rector of SEU for Academic Affairs and Vakhtang Tsabadze, Managing Partner at Grant Thornton.
