Sascha Flemnitz, CEO of BBW Gruppe of the Business Association of Berlin-Brandenburg and Head of the Berlin Institute of Educational Research and Management, delivered a masterclass on “Change Management Process” at Georgian National University SEU on October 13.
Changes are gathering momentum faster than ever in the modern world, having a bearing on our daily lives. Mr. Flemnitz spoke about the manners we are supposed to engage ourselves in while experiencing the changes around us, as well as how to manage our emotions and overcome the difficulties that typically run parallel with such processes.
Following the completion of the meeting, certificates were given to the participants.
