The “Career Courses” are being delivered in the framework of the Undergraduate Business Administration Programs of Georgian National University SEU. The courses are developed on the basis of cooperation with partner companies and encompasses weekly visits of different companies to the university.
SEU has already been visited by two companies: Grant Thornton, an international accounting and consulting company, and Steel House, the operations and export department. The mentioned companies introduced the students to their internal structure, existing positions and clearly illustrated the career path. The students had the opportunity to ask questions to company representatives and receive relevant answers or tips.
Eight more companies are scheduled to make their visits in the fall semester.
It should be noted that SEU actively cooperates with partner organizations in order to constantly update its educational programs, positively contributing to the growth of the employment rate of students and graduates. The involvement of companies in educational programs helps the program to improve individual courses, to add practical elements, and to integrate real case studies of companies into its courses.
