The grant competition, announced by the Ministry of Justice of Georgia, includes the winning grant proposal by Anna Phirtskhalashvili, Vice-Rector of SEU for Scientific Research.
The project is designed to reinforce the protection of human rights and build up legal security within the organizational structure of the Ministry of Justice of Georgia. SEU professors Anna Phirtskhalashvili and Maka Kardava will be studying “the Effectiveness of the Judicial Control Mechanisms Exercised by the Ministry of Justice of Georgia over its Constituent LEPLs” for the next six months.
