SEU Hosted an International Scientific Conference - "The European Experience of Migration - Approaches, Challenges and Opportunities"

On February 9-10, the European Integration Research Center of Georgian National University SEU hosted an international scientific conference - "The European Experience of Migration - Approaches, Challenges and Opportunities", which was co-organized by Lazarski University (Poland).

Local and international researchers, professors and experts of the field participated in this conference. They discussed the results of modern academic research and presented the issues related to not only local migration but also even more general - European and international one.

The conference was opened by SEU Vice-Rector for Scientific Research, Doctor of Law, Professor Anna Phirtskhalashvili, Vice-Rector for Academic Affairs - Giorgi Gavtadze, Head of the Research Center of the Parliament of Georgia - Ekaterine Kardava, Dean of the Faculty of Economics and Management of Lazarski University (Poland) - Martin Dahl and Head of the European Integration Research Center of SEU - Irakli Samkharadze.

The speakers of the conference were European and Georgian representatives from 16 universities of 10 different countries:
