Strategic Cooperation with Supernova (Pulsar AI)

The leading artificial intelligence company in Georgia - Supernova, which is known with the name - Pulsar AI and Georgian National University SEU are starting their strategic cooperation.

Cooperation includes:

• Participation in the research projects and implementation of joint research activities, both at national and international level;
• Implementation of research projects based on mutual interests;
• Development/creation of joint research laboratory of artificial intelligence and involvement of international partners in this process; participation in the development of new educational programs, study courses by SEU and/or renewal of the existing ones;
• participation in the internal research grants/projects announced by SEU together with the affiliate professors of SEU (according to the profile of company activities);
• offering of the trainings, public lectures, masterclasses and other educational activities to SEU students Offering of practice to SEU students on the condition of ensuring one’s own material-technical and human resources; Facilitation of students’ employment, also offering the funding of tuition fee to the students on the condition of employment at the company, which will be covered from the remuneration of the employed student;

Partnership in Start-up Fund Rounds Powered by SEU and issuing of grants for applicants; Within the framework of the Memorandum the Faculty members of SEU will offer target trainings and lectures to the personnel and beneficiaries of Supernova.

Also, when necessary, SEU will provide the material and technological base for the events of Supernova. Today, Artificial Intelligence (AI) is one of the fastest developing fields, which has the potential to transform our world in many ways. Artificial Intelligence and Data Science quickly change the world around us, the labor market.

The latter has enormous potential to transform industries, to create new opportunities and to solve complex problems. It is important to keep up with this process and promote the development of this field. SEU plans to implement numerous important projects for this purpose and this cooperation is another step forward.
