Mobility at SEU

At Georgian National University SEU, registration of mobility seekers of the autumn semester of the 2023-2024 academic year will be conducted on the following e-portal https://students.emis.ge registrations will be open from August 21 to September 7, 18:00 of the current year.

The mobility results may be seen on the following portal https://students.emis.ge

Based on the positive results posted on the electronic portal, registrations for mobility seekers at SEU will be open from September 12 through September 19 of the current year (except for weekends) from 10:00 to 18:30.

List of documents to be submitted to SEU:

Before the enrolment:

• Application in the name of the rector (is filled onsite);

• Copy of a passport or an identification document;

• Copy of the document certifying secondary education/school leaving certificate, and in the case of master’s students copy of the document/diploma certifying Bachelor’s or equal academic degree;

• Certified copy of the student’s grade sheet;

• Certified copies of the orders determining the initial enrolment and other status of a student.
  
  

After the enrolment:

• Original or a certified copy of the document certifying secondary education, and in the case of Master’s students, original of the document/diploma certifying Bachelor’s or equal academic degree or their notarized copy;
• Student’s grade sheet;
• Photo 3X4 (on CD electronically);
• Copy of the pre-conscription military service card (for male Georgian citizens);
• Order on the termination of a student’s status.
