Registration of the Freshmen

Registration of the freshmen of the 2023-2024 academic year will be conducted in two phases:

First phase: the freshmen must undergo online registration abi.seu.edu.ge (without coming to SEU), which will start from September 6, 17:00 and end on September 12, 18:00.

You must pay the initial fee payable before the start of the online registration according to the following principle:

• Student with 100% state educational grant – 0 Gel;
• For the students of a Single-Cycle English-taught Program in Medicine – 499 Gel;
• For the students of English-taught Program of Certified Dentist – 499 Gel;
• Data Science and Artificial Intelligence – 550 Gel (in the case of a state educational grant – 0 Gel);
• For all other students minimum – 299 Gel.
  
  

The tuition fee may be paid at the Bank of Georgia or via any paybox.

In the case of payment via paybox, you must find education>SEU>tuition fee and you will be able to pay with your personal number.

Second phase: implies coming to the university from September 8 through September 21 (except for weekends), at predetermined time (Address: 9 Tsinandali Str., Tbilisi; metro station – 300 Aragveli) and execution of an agreement.

Upon arrival at SEU the freshmen must have:

• Identity card (copy) or passport (copy);
• Document certifying secondary education (original of school leaving certificate) or its notarized copy;
• Photo 3x4 (CD); 
• Copy of the pre-conscription military service card (for male students);
• In the case of having gold/silver medal, the certificate confirming the fact of having a medal;
• For students living in Saingilo, the copy of passport and school leaving certificate translated in Georgian and certified by a notary;
• In the case of having a status of refugee, refugee certificate (copy);
• In the case of an underage freshman, birth certificate of the student and the identity card of his/her parent, or the identity card of a guardian and a notarized power of attorney;
  
  

During the registration, an underage freshman must be accompanied by one of his/her parents or a guardian.

You will choose the date (day and hour) of onsite registration according to the dates indicated in the electronic base (abi.seu.edu.ge), at the time that is convenient for you.

Those freshmen, who fail to register within the indicated period, must address the university no later than on September 27.

The studies will start on October 9!
