External Mobility at SEU

Registrations for the mobility seekers of the 2023-2024 Spring semester will be open at Georgian National University SEU on the electronic portal https://students.emis.ge/ from January 30 until February 8, 18:00 of the current year.

The results of the mobility may be seen on the portal https://students.emis.ge/

Based on the positive results published on the electronic portal registrations for the mobility seekers will be open at SEU from February 12 through February 15 (10:00 - 18:30) of the current year.

The list of documents to be submitted to SEU:

Before enrolment:

• Application in the name of the rector (is filled onsite);
• Copy of a passport or an identification document;
• Copy of the document certifying secondary education/school leaving certificate, and in the case of master’s students copy of the document/diploma certifying Bachelor’s or equal academic degree;
• Certified copy of the student’s grade sheet;
• Certified copies of the orders determining the initial enrolment and other status of a student.
  
  

After the enrolment:

• Original document certifying secondary education or its notarized copy, in the case of master’s students original document certifying Bachelor’s or equal academic degree or its notarized copy;
• Student’s grade sheet;
• Photo 3X4 (electronically on CD);
• Copy of the military registration certificate (for Georgian male citizens);
• Order on the termination of student’s status.
