Public lecture on the topic: Modern Technologies in Hospitality Services

On February 16, a public lecture was held at the hotel „Paragraph Freedom Square, a Luxury Collection Hotel, Tbilisi“ on the topic: ‘’Modern Technologies in Hospitality Services.

The speaker of the public lecture was Larisa Dolikashvili, associate professor at Georgian National University SEU.

Through the public lecture and the info-tour students received information on the following topics: 

• The role of foreign hospitality brands in the development of tourism;
• The dynamics of hospitality networks existing in Georgia;
• The technology of operation of hospitality networks;
• The innovative projects and future employment perspectives existing in the hospitality sector.

At the end of the public lecture the students had the opportunity to speak with the personnel employed at the hotel and receive practical advice.

It should also be noted that a memorandum of cooperation has been executed between SEU and „Paragraph Freedom Square, a Luxury Collection Hotel, Tbilisi“.

The event was organized by the SEU Tourism Club with the support of the Career Development and Alumni Relations Office.
